How to make a request

Contact MyTaxiHub using the public contact details in the footer. Please provide only enough information to identify your booking, account or request, such as your name, booking reference if available, and the contact method used for the booking.

Verification and deletion

We may need to reasonably verify your identity or connection to the request before deleting information. We will delete personal data where appropriate after reviewing the request.

Do not send passwords, payment credentials or other sensitive account credentials with your deletion request.

Information we may retain

Some information may need to be retained where reasonably required for legal, fraud-prevention, accounting or operational obligations.
