Journey information can include pickup and destination details, journey date and time, passenger count, vehicle or service selection, and safari park, package or preferences where applicable.

How we use information

We use this information to prepare quotes, process booking requests, communicate with customers, coordinate drivers, vehicles and safari operations, and improve our service.

Service providers and technology

MyTaxiHub uses Supabase-backed services to store and operate booking information. Google Maps, Places and Routes services support location selection, route calculation and journey functionality.

We use Google Analytics, which may use cookies or similar technologies to understand site use. If Google Ads measurement is used, it may use similar technologies to measure advertising effectiveness. Booking-related WhatsApp notifications may be sent to help us communicate about a requested booking.

We share information only with service providers and operational partners where reasonably needed to provide and support the service.

Retention and security

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for booking operations, customer service, legal obligations and related record keeping. We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
