Can I choose just one visit?
Yes. Choose a National Park safari, Elephant Transit Home, or both. Transit Home-only visits have no safari jeep or National Park ticket charges.
Where does my tour start and finish?
Your private vehicle picks you up at your selected hotel or address and returns you to the same place. Our team checks whether your complete road journey fits into one day.
How are children’s tickets priced?
Children under 6 have free entrance at both attractions. Ages 6–12 inclusive use child tickets; age 13 and above uses adult tickets. All children count toward vehicle and jeep capacity. Some National Park mixed groups need a manual quote.
What is included in the price?
Your accepted quote includes complete return-road transport and tolls, selected attraction tickets, safari jeep hire when selected, and the tour arrangement charge. Meals and personal purchases are excluded.
How long is the safari?
The standard private National Park safari lasts 4–5 hours. Driving to and from Udawalawe is additional. Sightings depend on wildlife and cannot be guaranteed.
Does submitting a request confirm my tour?
No. We verify the vehicle, safari arrangements, visit schedules and quote first. You review and accept any revision before confirmation. Existing MyTaxiHub payment arrangements apply.
Tour conditions
Sending a request is not a confirmation or a guarantee of availability. We verify your complete journey, attraction sessions, vehicle and safari resources. Prices are authoritative in LKR; your accepted quote records the included components. Estimates expire and any revised quote requires your explicit acceptance.
Return drop-off is your original pickup. Under-six entrance is free, but all passengers count toward transport and jeep capacity. Unsupported ticket combinations require a manual quote. Wildlife sightings and exact road travel times cannot be guaranteed. Changes or cancellations are handled under existing MyTaxiHub terms; no new cancellation tariff or deposit is introduced.
